1970’s rod iron staircase and dated entryway.

Newly created elegant entry and staircase. With new balusters, treads and handle rails.  New floor tile, light fixture, paint, trim and moldings added. What a classic statement!

Updated with style and tradition. New kitchen cabinets, new tile counters, new white appliances, new sink, and facet and canned lighting added.  New paint using 2 toned colors to allow accents of crown moldings, baseboards and trim to stand out. Lets get cook'n!

Re-designed for better flow and access. During kitchen remodel added new sliding door, which gave direct access to rear yard.  New landscape and exterior paint. Now ready to grill and chill!
